Once we have approved your application, prices, minimum order requirements and dealer information will be sent to you.
If your company is located in a state/province that does not issue sales tax exemption certificates, please include a copy of your business license along with the dealer application. A resale tax certificate or business license is required. If you do not have one upon completion of your application please file for a temporary permit within your state or province and provide us a copy. All applicable permits and certificates need to be on file within 30 days of your first order!
